My name is Charlene Recio and I am the Pack 64 Fundraising Chair. As you know, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we were unable to host our spring Spaghetti Dinner fundraiser that was originally scheduled for Saturday, April 25.
The money raised through Pack 64 fundraising events is used to fund events such as our traditional Cub Scout Raingutter Regatta, Pinewood Derby, and Space Rocket Derby events, as well as our annual crossover ceremony, the Blue & Gold Banquet, where our Cub Scouts cross over into the world of Boy Scouts. This money is also used to host our monthly pack meetings. We use the money to buy supplies, such as the raingutter regatta boats, the pinewood derby cars, and the space rockets.

As part of our Pack 64 family, we want to minimize the out-of-pocket cost of scouting for you. As such, we have thought of socially distant ways to help raise funds for Cub Scout Pack 64:1. Foodie-Fridays in SeptemberEvery Friday in September, Pop’s Italian Beef and Sausage, located at 16600 W. 159th Street in Lockport, will be donating a portion of their sales to Cub Scout Pack 64. So take the night off from cooking, and celebrate the weekend with Pop’s Italian Beef and Sausage!2.
